Bedtime story- "ek tha tiger"




Mere paas aao mere doston ek kissa suno-
'ek tha tiger aur ek thi "k"at..tiger tha RAW agent aur kat thi ISI agent..dono kaam pe kam aur romance pe zyada dhyan dete they..aur phir kya tha panchi, nadiya aur pawan ke jhoke hi kya koi sarhad bhi unhe rok nahi paayi..apne tiger aur kat mein lag gaye par aur wo ud gaye is bedard zamane se bahut door..phir india aur pakistan k log cricket, politics aur border bhool ke un dono ko hi dhoodne mein jut gaye..lekin janab tiger ka intezar bhale hi 'do' mulqon ki agencies kar rahi hon lekin tiger ko pakadna mushkil hi nahi namumkin hai...' arey arey kya hua lagta hai sab so gaye chalo koi na baqi ki story- ek tha tiger 2 agle saal sunayenge..lol

yes i have finaly watched Ek tha tiger..ishtory kitni nayi hai iska andaza to lag hi gaya hoga lekin agar nahi dekhi hai to ek baar dekhi jaa sakti hai..its not that bad..maybe coz this salman khan film is dir by kabir khan who in bits n pieces has tried to keep his film making style intact..kabir khan surely has potential to make a good film but sumhow i dont understand y he always picks non-actors/ dummies for leads in his movies (mission istanbul- john abrahim, new york- john katrina now ek tha tiger- salman-katrina)..i mean no offence to salman khan fans..ds guy is more into attitude thn acting..BUT to his credit HEZ A GOOD BAD ACTOR..:) aur katrina kaif k baare mein to kya kahoon..i still dont understand y shez in our movies in d first place..therz no doubt tht shez improving with every film but r v supposed to watch her everytime to c how much she has improved from d last time..its like watchg her giving n exam live.seriously WTF..!! now lets talk about the movie- since i started on a slightly positive note so will talk about the highlights of ETT first-

= if u hated ready n bodyguard like me thn this movie will b a relief coz its not typical nonsence which is a given in  salman khan movies these days..
= finaly in ds movie u'l c awesum chemistry between d lead pair...its evident tht salman-katrina r havin 'time of ther lives' workin with eachother.."MASHAALLAH" they r lukin realy cute together...
=  also in ds movie u'l c a refined sophisticated n a controlled version of salman khan..in any case therz noone who cud suit the character of tiger except him..hez every bit of a 'tiger'..his persona is so strong tht u cud almost believe tht this man can actualy jump from a bike to catch a plane while it has taken off n tht too when hez been shot..
= ranveer shorey n girish karnad's acting is gud..which is expected from them.

ab picture ke drawbacks pe nazar daalte hain-

= well, they say 'action speaks louder thn words'.. n kabir khan seems so inspired by the saying tht he dint care to give ne attention to the content..he shud also understand tht no matter wot 'content is king'..i mean those fights n chasing sequences r so long tht after a point u get pissed off..yes v enjoy watching salman in action but too much of nething is bad..right..!!
= oflate salman ki movies ka highlight hote hain uske dialogues (eg-"hum hain yahan k robinhood ....", "mujhpe ek ehsaan karna ki mujhpe koi ehsaan mat karna..") aur 'dhinkachika' chartbustar tracks..lekin is film mein dono mein se kuch bhi nahi hai..songs itne boring hain ki lagta hai khatm kyun nahi ho rahe..therz only one ok song- 'mashaallah' composed by salmans current fav sajid-wajid..but thts placed during the end credits..n u know wot after two exhausting hours i just wanted to go home asap..:)
= salmans acting is sub'dude'..but looks like he woz not interested in d movie,..lekin bhai ne ek baar jo commitment kar di to phir wo apne aap ki bhi nahi sunate..isliye jaise taise film complete kar hi li...

i wanna sumup ds tiger tale with an interesting comment tht i read on twitter, posted by the one n the only  mr.ramgopal verma-

"Salman khan has become such a big star that even `Aag 2` might become a hit with him.."

 so no matter wot u feel about a salman khan movie..its gonna break all the previous box office records..like ETT is doin rytnow..ab kya kahein bus- BHAI KA TASHAN HAI, aur producers ka JASHAN hai....:))


(p.s- salman has got the most beautiful face..man,,is he hot..!!!)

Twitter Twitter "real" stars....we dont have to wonder what they are..






Social networking sites are more entertaining than entertainment channels..coz here u get all the information first  hand..n dont have to listen to the crappy script which take half n hour to reveal a news thts either not worthy or can b told in one simple line..having said tht i believe social network is both boon n curse as far as our bollywood stars are concern..
Boon- cause they can interact with their fans directly..they can promote their movies n clear rumours themselves..sites like twitter has given them a platform to voice their opinion n also to get public opinion on their movies...
Curse- i personaly feel stars of previous generations have seen actual stardom..crazy fans stopping their cars..,,dying to get a glimpse of their fav,,,hype n hoopla around their appearnces ..tht woz more star like
..tht unreachable thing bout them made them exclusive..ther woz a curiosity factor also which worked in ther favour..films used to last long..now everything is like instant coffee..instant gossip instant calrification..nebody can say nething or do nething to get famous now-a-days eg- kRK..poonam pandey..thers nothing exclusive about stars today..too much availability is going against the concept of superstar..everyone whose nobody can neways get their "15 mins" from it..
So i have decided tht i'l give u 'first day first show' of wots happening in twitter world..will b jotting down tweets from every "good bad n ugly" star here in ds page...n trust me my selection of tweets will b interesting coz ther will b more to it thn- 'just woke up", "going for bath".. "traffic updates" etx...lol...
